Tucked in between Tucson and the Mexico border you will find the Agua Linda Farm wedding venue. The landscape is wide open with gorgeous views of the mountains in the distance. A surprise to me, you’ll see the speed limit signs switch from MPH to KM. Tucked between the lush trees, it is hard to see from the road, so careful – you may miss it.

Ally and Sean currently live in Boston and struggled to find a place that worked well with their needs. They had dreams of an outdoor wedding with mountains. As they toured the property, Ally was reminded of her Grandmothers home in Guadalajara, Mexico. With the mountain views, lush trees, and no surrounding neighbors – it sealed the deal for them.

The Wedding Day

Everything about their wedding day was intentional and full of meaning. Ally’s father had suffered a stroke a few years back, leaving them uncertain if he would be a part of this special day. A sweet surprise to her, her father stood for their first look together. It was a moment that put all of us in tears. One of her favorite moments was when her mother and father both were able to walk her down the aisle. A moment she will hold in her heart forever.

Ally said that her favorite part of the wedding planning process was the details. If you know ANYTHING about me by now, you know I love allllllll the details. It was important to the two of them to showcase their cultures with their wedding. To bring in the Mexican culture they decided on the alebrije figures for their favors and many traditional Mexican desserts for their guests the savor after dinner.

From the heartfelt vows, mountain views, to dinner under the string lights – it truly was the most perfect day.
