When you find the most peace and happiness in the mountains – you plan your wedding around that. Ashley and Angela have a love for nature, adventure, and some good ol’ relaxation outdoors. What a better way to say your vows than with a Flagstaff Nordic Village wooded wedding with your closest friends and family watching. I asked them after their wedding had passed, what was your favorite thing about your wedding day? The disconnect from reality and being fully present. Create a moment in time where guests could eat, drink, and soak in the quality time together. Stargaze in the darkness of the woods and see the sky lit up without the city lights.
The village itself is a unique little place. You are able to rent out yurts for the evening and spend your day hiking around the woods and you may even spot some wild animals or cows on the property. If you want to brave the cooler temps, you can ski along the trails during winter months.
