After 13 years of experiencing weddings, with no doubt in my mind, the importance photography is creating something generational. Imagery that can withstand the test of time and outweigh trends that will not last. While weddings photos can still have that touch of editorial and artfulness - it is the feeling that sits with you that is the key.

One day you will show your children and grandchildren the dress you wore, the party you hosted, or the last hugs of the night. In that moment you will still have a sense for how that day felt after all this time.
